The final lab weeks provided students a chance to share an overview of their personal research projects. This highlighted the culmination of months of dedicated work and celebrated our lab’s innovative spirit and collaborative efforts.

On December 13, 2023, five mhc metrics lab students and Professor Gebre-Medhin took a field trip to UMASS Amherst to preview Joy Misra’s presidential address, the incoming American Sociological Association (ASA) president.

Eleanor Townsley and Ben Gebre-Medhin presented work from the Disciplinary Address Project at the twentieth World Congress of the International Sociological Association in Melbourne, Australia.
